New York & New Jersey

Healthy. Fruity. Chinese Street Food.

Candied fruit skewers handcrafted the traditional way — straight from the streets of China to New York and New Jersey.

Our Story

What is Tanghulu?

Tanghulu is one of China's most beloved street foods — fresh fruit skewered on bamboo sticks and coated in a thin, crackling layer of crystallized sugar. Originally from northern China, it has been sold on busy street corners for over 600 years.

The contrast is everything: the crisp sugar shell shatters when you bite in, giving way to cold, juicy fruit underneath. No artificial flavors. No preservatives. Just fruit, sugar, and a technique that takes years to get right.
